Please note that fulfillment time (production of your product) is separate from shipping time.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we start working on fulfilling it right away. Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they’ve entered the fulfillment process. However, if there’s a problem, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist you!

Do you offer refunds?
